Whoops!
Hello Woofers.
Daisy here.
You know sometimes I get right depressed. There I am awake from a super nights sleep, I look out of the bedroom window and it looks like a real pea super!
I can't see the car, the end of the front garden has disappeared and a cat id sitting on the wall licking it's butt!
I can't get at the miserable little mouser!
Of course by the time OTL has got up, showered, got dressed and down to the front door, there's not a cat to be seen and the fog has got thicker!
You know we have not. seen a hint of a sunrise for ages and we are beginning to think the it's gone permanently on holiday!
Walking through the forest and down the slippery slope. It's OK for me 'cos I'm a 4 x 4 paw roughty tufty woofer with super grip. However OTL doesn't have the same grip and after two steps he took off like an Olympic skier.
Down the hill he went sliding in and out of the tree stubs like a medal winner!
It was lucky that he didn't fall over and instead. went falling down the slope with his arms flapping like a bird learning to fly!
I can. see we will have to keep our eyes on him or he will end up half way up a tree !
Lets hope we get a sunrise soon or the camera will rust away!

Yo Daisy, well my mum is having a good giggle picturing OTL doing a slalom down the hill waving his arms and picturing him up in the branches of a tree chatting with the local birds. I do hope you didn't laugh Daisy! The weather here has been pretty much the same, very chilly, damp and foggy. It's a good job us woofers have got super sniffers to find our way home. I met Buddy the bop on my first walk, then Boris the bounce on my 2nd walk, but didn't see a single woofer on my last walk, I'm sure lots of them are refusing to go out. Boris's TL said Boris has gone off his first walk of the day and won't move out the door until he gets a piece of ham, spoilt I say! My mum says I've got to have a bath tomorrow on account of Caroline the groomer coming on Thursday, now I reckon it's very cruel to bath a poor woofer in this weather and even more cruel to cut a woofers coat wot's keeping it warm in this freezing weather. I'm off to snuggle up on the sofa until scoff time. Take care, stay warm and safe all and OTL, no more skiing down the hill, get some boots with tread on them! ReplyDeleteI don't like the sound of OTL's slipping and sliding down the hill windmilling his arms. Sounds highly dangerous. I hope he's OK. We didn't have your fog, but there was a little bit of mist around and it was DISTINCTLY CHILLY today.
