Sunrise!

Daisy and a Sunrise here!

It took ages to clean the ice off the wind screen but it came off after switching on the heater  to the back screened  and a bit of elbow work it took a while to get it fit to drive!


Walking around the top path we could see there was a glow in the sky which lit up the Bench.

It was great to see a sunrise after it being so long behind the never ending bank of grey cloud.

Getting to the top we could see the sun had yet to climb over the horizon.


We met up with The Hooligans and a Jack Russell who had taken a liking to OTL. It was frosty and slippery along the path that leads into the forest.

Before diving into the forest we took one last look at the sun and saw that it had just crept over the horizon.

The forest managed to stay clear of frost and treated us to a carpet of wet and soggy leaves! It wasn't long before we got back to the car and found the frosty ice had all melted and the windows were all steamy!

After a while we headed off home to have a snooze before lunch, OTL had been promised one of The Missus famous curries.

These curries are famous for filling OTL up to the point where he can't eat any more!

    Yo Daisy, Chewie and the frost here. It was well freezing this morning so I went out in one of my nice fleece jackets to keep me snug and warm. I don't like frosty ground, it makes me slip and slide. It hides all of the sniffs wot I go looking for. I met Buddy the bop today on one of my walks. I must say my boy behaved when I was boy sitting last night while my mum went out. First he gave me my evening scoff, then he cooked his own scoff, my mum wrote down all the instructions and I was there to tell him wot to do next when he got confused. After scoff we had a good fight then a cuddle and then some wrestling. I don't mind doing boy sitting if he's going to be a good boy. Smashing pictures today. Hope OTL shared some of Mrs TM's curry with you Daisy. Take care, stay warm and safe all. Back for a while!

 HelloWoofers, You know it's been around two years since my last blog! I blame Old Two Legs, he has not been 100%. His back hast been causing him pain and there has been some other bits that have been open for scrutiny by the Hooman Vet! Now when I'm a out of salts OTL gets me down to the vet and after handing loads of  dosh I'm well again and OTL is poor again! It seems that HoomanVet takes a quick look then passes you onto Hospital with a long waiting list, nearly two years in OTL's case! Now, I've just got to work out how to insert a photo! Bye for now. A Pain in the Neck !

Hello Woofers It's me again! You know these Two Legs can be  right troublesome when they put their minds to it but OTL has been trying to put that right by going to an 'bone man' to get his neck massaged and the knots squeezed out. Well that's what he said was happening! What ever was happening it meant he and TM left me all alone at the bedroom window waiting for their return. TM has to go with with him and acts as interpreter 'cos OTL is a bit deaf and it's fun thinking of OTL being strangled and the Bone Man looking at TM and asking 'Does that hurt?' Not much going except me trying to half inch nibbles from the Treat Box while TM is jumping up and down and telling me there is nothing left. Wot she doesn't know is my nose is super sensitive and can sniff a treat at twelve feet! I'm off to try OTL for a sniff so wish me luck! Luv, Daisy.
