It's getting colder!

 Hello Woofers

Daisy here.

I know the weather is getting colder 'cos when we go outfox walk my ears sort of go zzzzzzzzing and that is the first sign of Winter!

I've just been out for the Mid-Afternoon walk and to be honest, I couldn't wait to turn around and head for home!

Even the trees are getting rid of their leaves and getting ready for a cold winter.


I'll be a bald tree very soon!

There was no one we met on the walk this morning, it was just too dark even if there was a hint of a sunrise.



It was only in the forest that. there was any sign of colour! Mind you, no squirrel or other animal.


Not the most dramatic sunrise, and it didn't get any better!


We really must get the fish eye lens out before all of the leaves drop and all we have are the branches!


Here is the first of the bald trees!

Bald trees are a bit boring unless they are covered in snow on their branches!

Having just got back from my walk I think I'll have a snooze before going to bed!

    Yo Daisy. I've just got back from a walk as well, I wore my jumper to keep me warm cos it's brass monkeys here. I've been telling my mum not to stop and chat to people we meet on the way but does she listen, does any woman listen!!!!! Ok, so I know some of them, or most of them are walking their woofers too and I do like to have a quick chat with the woofers to tell them where the best sniffs are and to ask if they've found any really interesting ones, but that's it, I don't hang around, not in this weather. We're supposed to be getting snow as well soon. The boy has been offered a permanent contract wot means he can work from home all the time if he wants, and he's decided that he'll take the contract so that means he can spend more time with meeeeeeeee. I met the hooligans from one door down this afternoon and Harvey and they told me about Hairball being up a tree this morning, Hairball always climbs the trees then sits and shouts for help to get down. Smashing pictures today, but it does look chilly. Take care, enjoy your snooze, stay warm and safe all. Back for a while!

 HelloWoofers, You know it's been around two years since my last blog! I blame Old Two Legs, he has not been 100%. His back hast been causing him pain and there has been some other bits that have been open for scrutiny by the Hooman Vet! Now when I'm a out of salts OTL gets me down to the vet and after handing loads of  dosh I'm well again and OTL is poor again! It seems that HoomanVet takes a quick look then passes you onto Hospital with a long waiting list, nearly two years in OTL's case! Now, I've just got to work out how to insert a photo! Bye for now. A Pain in the Neck !

Hello Woofers It's me again! You know these Two Legs can be  right troublesome when they put their minds to it but OTL has been trying to put that right by going to an 'bone man' to get his neck massaged and the knots squeezed out. Well that's what he said was happening! What ever was happening it meant he and TM left me all alone at the bedroom window waiting for their return. TM has to go with with him and acts as interpreter 'cos OTL is a bit deaf and it's fun thinking of OTL being strangled and the Bone Man looking at TM and asking 'Does that hurt?' Not much going except me trying to half inch nibbles from the Treat Box while TM is jumping up and down and telling me there is nothing left. Wot she doesn't know is my nose is super sensitive and can sniff a treat at twelve feet! I'm off to try OTL for a sniff so wish me luck! Luv, Daisy.
