Keeping OTL on his paws!

Daisy Dog back again!
I've been getting OTL to walk up earlier than normal so I an get him down the sea front and get him to exercise like wot he should be doing but all he seems interested in is picking up my poo!
Today was a little bit of a novelty as we headed down to the sea front the sky burst into golden colour!
It started just after we had come off the football field and around the corner to see the Two Trees. The sun was below the horizon but you could see it was galloping away to get up before we had got to see it properly.
We rushed around and climbed up over hill just in time to see the vista all lit up, the first reasonable sunrise we have had since the beginning of Spring.
Now, how about that, blue sky, red sun reflection from the sun, misty sea fog and squiggly mud!
As it was so early, by the time we got home we were so tired all I could think of was getting a couple of hours snooze in my favourite bed.
OTL was the same, he started off looking at the email then sort of slipped down in the chair and fell asleep watching a program about mending cars!
Now, I've been having fun with OTL, especially concerning given me walks.
I've timed it so that every couple of hours I jump up onto his lap and give his ears a lick to tell him I want to go walks and a wander around the garden is not good enough!
So far today I've managed to get him out walking five times and I reckon I can get him out another two or three times before bed!

Yo Daisy. Smashing pictures today. Glad you managed to shift OTL early. I've been for 2 long rambles today so I'm worn out now and putting my paws up in a minute. I met a couple of my mates on my rambles. Now next door but one have got a new puppy, they belong to Harvey the spaniel and Harry Hairball, they've got a new little spaniel called Oakley. My mum saw Oakley, he was climbing over Harvey and giving Harry a wash, well Harry decided he didn't really want a wash so he went out into the garden but Oakley followed him. I gave my mum a good sniffing when she came back from meeting Oakley. It will be a few weeks and then I'll be able to meet him. Me and the boy had fun playing when my mum went to get the shopping today. My mum said she'd got some Xmas presents for 2 special woofers and another present for a very special little woofer wot lives with her but she wouldn't let me see them. I think I need to go put my paws up after my busy day so take care and stay safe all.
