And then the rain came!

 Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

Well, the weather man has been prattling on about rain heading our way for the next two or three days, swooping in from the West.

No matter how often it was forecast, there was no sign of it at all.

We setup with The Hooligans and they confirmed that there was no rain behind them!



Yo Shortie!

No matter how much I looked around there was just no rain clouds to be seen.

I thought there may be some rain in the woods but when we got into the forest, again, nothing!



You know, there was no sniff of rain anywhere!

It was not until after lunch and getting on for late afternoon that I heard rain beating on the windows that the rain arrived, late as usual.

You know I had to wait until almost half five before the rain stopped and it was dry enough to go out!

All that water helped me go for a wee, splashing through the wet grass!

OTL got a message from the doctors inviting him to go for a flu jab and had to book an appointment for the 9th October.

OTL don't mind the jab, just as long as he gets the sharp needle!

    Yo Daisy, well we had pretty much the same weather as you, no rain this morning but a heavy downpour with a bit of thunder this afternoon. Me and my mum just got home from our walk in time to miss getting drenched. It's been a bit boring today, I only met one other woofer wot I don't know for a sniff, all the others seemed to be staying indoors in case it rained. Sam the vet phoned this morning, he suggested my mum take me to get weighed a couple of times a week, so off we went at lunchtime to weigh me. I have to say it was the quickest I've been to the vets, I still got a fuss made of me though by the 2 ladies behind the reception desk. Apart from that, I've had a nice siesta. Time for a bit of paws up now I think. Smashing pictures today. Take care and stay safe all. Back for a while!

 HelloWoofers, You know it's been around two years since my last blog! I blame Old Two Legs, he has not been 100%. His back hast been causing him pain and there has been some other bits that have been open for scrutiny by the Hooman Vet! Now when I'm a out of salts OTL gets me down to the vet and after handing loads of  dosh I'm well again and OTL is poor again! It seems that HoomanVet takes a quick look then passes you onto Hospital with a long waiting list, nearly two years in OTL's case! Now, I've just got to work out how to insert a photo! Bye for now. A Pain in the Neck !

Hello Woofers It's me again! You know these Two Legs can be  right troublesome when they put their minds to it but OTL has been trying to put that right by going to an 'bone man' to get his neck massaged and the knots squeezed out. Well that's what he said was happening! What ever was happening it meant he and TM left me all alone at the bedroom window waiting for their return. TM has to go with with him and acts as interpreter 'cos OTL is a bit deaf and it's fun thinking of OTL being strangled and the Bone Man looking at TM and asking 'Does that hurt?' Not much going except me trying to half inch nibbles from the Treat Box while TM is jumping up and down and telling me there is nothing left. Wot she doesn't know is my nose is super sensitive and can sniff a treat at twelve feet! I'm off to try OTL for a sniff so wish me luck! Luv, Daisy.
