Ear washing day!


 Hello. Woofers,

Daisy here.

We had some fun today, OTL had to get his ears washed out, mind you we all reckon he is half deaf anyway.

The day started with the normal walk around the sea walk, in the distance were the lads. chasing their balls as normal. Hugo came up to say hello to OTL and I ran down to the sea wall to see what was going on!

Now it was warm and sunny. but we did see a couple of TL's dressed up in bird watching gear including wooly hats and gloves!



Cold innit?

I reckon The Missus is like that, everyone walking around in swimming costumes but not TM, she still has her winter coat on!


Now then, the man says that this weather is going to last well into next week!

Now that's good news!

Today OTL had to visit the doctors to get his ears syringed out. Seems he can't hear TM when she shouts at him. Now I reckon he can hear her it's just that he chooses not to!

He has been squirting olive oil drops into his ear for the past week. Such a small bottle with a big price tag. I reckon that he could do just as well if he squirts cooking oil from the kitchen, it would be less expensive!

Now then, squirting water in OTL's ears to clear the wax could have it's problem, we might blow OTL's brain out his other ear!

We just got to be careful!

Well we just got back and OTL has had his ears blasted out.

The nurse confirmed that extra virgin olive oil from the kitchen is good enough to keep the wax away!

Jokes about virgins not acceptable!

How about that?

    Yo Daisy. Well I'm glad OTL has found a cheaper alternative to his small bottle of expensive stuff. Can he hear better? I SAID CAN HE HEAR BETTER? Glad you met some mates. I went on 3 walks, 2 with my mum and 1 with my boy and my mum. I had fun introducing my boy to my mates. I've seen lots of mates today, this morning I met Boris the bounce and he was laying down in bounce position, but his TL and my mum were yapping so much I reckon Boris dozed off cos he forgot to bounce, my mum said we was both good boys cos we both waited patiently for them to stop gassing, I very nearly fell asleep as well. I been down to the vets today to get my flea treatment and I came home with lots of treats on account of I was such a good boy, naturally I got lots of fuss and I heard some whispering about things going on, on 31st of this month. I'm booked in with Pom the head honcho, cos she said she wanted to look after me for the day. Smashing pictures today. Right I'm off to put my paws up so take care, stay safe all.     So great when the clogged ears are cleared & you can hear again.

    You won’t have to bark at OTL so loudly when you want another walk now Daisy !!!

Back for a while!

 HelloWoofers, You know it's been around two years since my last blog! I blame Old Two Legs, he has not been 100%. His back hast been causing him pain and there has been some other bits that have been open for scrutiny by the Hooman Vet! Now when I'm a out of salts OTL gets me down to the vet and after handing loads of  dosh I'm well again and OTL is poor again! It seems that HoomanVet takes a quick look then passes you onto Hospital with a long waiting list, nearly two years in OTL's case! Now, I've just got to work out how to insert a photo! Bye for now. A Pain in the Neck !

Hello Woofers It's me again! You know these Two Legs can be  right troublesome when they put their minds to it but OTL has been trying to put that right by going to an 'bone man' to get his neck massaged and the knots squeezed out. Well that's what he said was happening! What ever was happening it meant he and TM left me all alone at the bedroom window waiting for their return. TM has to go with with him and acts as interpreter 'cos OTL is a bit deaf and it's fun thinking of OTL being strangled and the Bone Man looking at TM and asking 'Does that hurt?' Not much going except me trying to half inch nibbles from the Treat Box while TM is jumping up and down and telling me there is nothing left. Wot she doesn't know is my nose is super sensitive and can sniff a treat at twelve feet! I'm off to try OTL for a sniff so wish me luck! Luv, Daisy.
